2. Product features:
Efficiently degrade xylan and improve the degradation rate of lignin substances in feed.
Enhance animals' ability to digest and absorb lignocellulose.
Improve the taste and digestion performance of feed.
Improve the nutritional utilization of feed and promote animal growth and development.
3. Production process:
Preferred strains are cultured and fermented to produce a fermentation broth rich in xylanase.
Extraction and purification of xylanase from fermentation broth.
Perform drying and other processes to make feed grade products.
4. Process characteristics:
Select high-efficiency strains for fermentation to ensure that the product has high xylan degradation ability.
Advanced extraction and purification technology is used to ensure the purity and activity of the product.
During the production process, parameters such as temperature and pH value are strictly controlled to maintain the activity and stability of the enzyme.
5. Product application:
It is used to degrade lignocellulose in feed and improve the digestion and absorption rate of these ingredients by animals.
Improve the taste and digestion performance of feed and promote the overall nutrient absorption of feed.
It can be used in production scenarios where the energy value of feed needs to be improved, especially for feeds with high roughage content.
As a feed additive, xylanase plays an important role in feed processing. By improving the digestibility and nutrient utilization of lignocellulosic substances, it helps to improve feed quality and enhance animal production performance.
6. Recommended dosage:
The amount of feed added can be controlled according to the protein content in different feeds and the feeding amount of livestock and poultry. The general amount added is 10-80g/ton.
7. Precautions
Safe operation: Although xylanase is a biological enzyme, safety needs to be paid attention to during operation. Avoid direct contact of enzyme preparations with skin, eyes and other sensitive parts. If inadvertent contact occurs, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.
Storage conditions: Xylanase should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and high temperatures. High temperatures may deactivate enzymes and reduce their effectiveness. At the same time, avoid mixing with toxic and harmful substances to prevent cross-contamination.
Dilution and mixing: When used in the feed or food industry, xylanase needs to be properly diluted and fully mixed with other materials to ensure maximum effect.
Usage control: Reasonably control the usage of xylanase based on specific application scenarios and material characteristics. Overuse may result in increased costs, while underuse may not achieve the desired results.
8. Product storage:
Moisture-proof, light-proof, sealed, stored at low temperature (0-10℃), shelf life is 24 months. There is a certain loss of enzyme activity during storage. The enzyme activity loss is 5-10%/6 months when stored at 10°C, and the enzyme activity loss is 10-15%/6 months when stored at room temperature.
9. Packaging, transaction method, delivery method, etc.:
